It was a great location and felt very safe. The room had great design/style and we had a great view!
No pool.

The Hotel was beautiful, I enjoyed my sat the room and the friendliness of the staff. The decor was beautiful. the location and the convience of getting around time was great. The price I paid for a 2 day stay was reasonable, the food was great. I would stay again and I would recommend the hotel to others.
-
Very caring/warm/genuine staff. Outstanding view of park from room. Great breakfast in room and "rainfall" showerheads were very relaxing.
A bit away from the shopping but they have a Bentley to help with transport. Could not secure a late check-out but hotel was fully booked so this was understandable.

Location was great, food was good at Aria Restaurant, staff was friendly and helpful.
-
Very friendly and helpful staff; outstanding location to visit Chicago sandy beach, Miracle Mile shopping street; and easy to get to Chicago Loop (including cta train direct to O'Hare Airport.
-
Great service at the front desk; moved me to a quieter room without a problem; rooms are extremely spacious and well appointed.
I would make sure that I did not get a room that adjoins another room. The people next door to me in my initial room weren't wild, they were just extremely loud talkers and the adjoining room door just wasn't solid enough to keep out all of their noise/conversation

The concierge desk, Gail Walker, is helpful, knowledgeable and is a person with a great attitude. Also, Patrick Mcandrew, Asst. Security Mgr., counseled us about our taxi rear-end accident on Sat. evening. Yellow Cab #215 that we took at the Hotel and went to the Kinzie Chophouse for dinner. He stayed in touch with us and brought us wine & ice packs for my wife.I used the internet in the business center for emails, etc. Beautiful room, slept well , watched HD TV programs. The maid was not able to clean our room in the early morning and when we returned in the afternoon it wasn't serviced. We had to call the front desk to have it cleaned by a maid. We enjoyed our vacation in the Chicago Loop area.
The maid service communication needs improving. The restaurants looked nice but they are above our budget, expensive entrees. It is a good location but can be difficult to find in the area when walking.

We stayed only one night because previously had a reservation with the Marriott Magnificent Mile Hotel, but we really regret it as soon as we step in the Marriott. The Fairmont staff is friendly, a great welcome with plenty on Hors d'oeuvres and great 360 views and the rooms and bath were simply fantastic!!! Great location one block to the Millennium Park...I'm already planning my second visit with my family!!!

We found the hotel to be so ideally located with great views from windows. The staff were so warm and welcoming and would highly recommend hotel to others. The food was great and the rooms were so comfortable and we could not ask for more. The cleaning of the rooms was also excellent. We enjoyed our stay in Chicago which is a great city and if returning would stay in the Fairmont Hotel. Excellent as the hotel made our holiday as it was lovely to return every evening to a fabulous room.

I booked two roms one for me and my bf the other for my parents. My prents arrived late , around 9 pm to the hotel and the Hotel sold their room to some one else even though I paid for the room chcking in myself ! When they arrived the staff at the reception told them that they have to pay for another room!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After a while of arguing with the man in the reception desc they got a superior room instead! Autrages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
